Abstract

Inheritance is of great importance in Islamic law and is an important part of Islamic Shari'ah, which plays an important role in ensuring justice and social harmony within the family. The concept and rules of inheritance are elaborated extensively in the Qur'an and Sunnah, reflecting their important role in Islamic jurisprudence and aimed at ensuring fairness in the distribution of a deceased person's property. By following these divine injunctions, Muslims ensure the financial stability of their families and maintain the principles of justice and fairness described in the Qur'an and Sunnah, in addition to understanding and following the Shariah injunctions regarding inheritance. It is necessary to protect the rights of orphans, widows and the poor, to strengthen family ties, and to promote economic justice in society.
