Abstract

 


Human rights are considered to be the most important topic in modern times, and human rights are also being declared as the criteria for evaluating human civilization in the United Nations. Allah almighty sent Prophets one after the other for the welfare of humanity and protection of human rights, and finally sent the benefactor of humanity, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as the bearer of human rights. He (peace be upon him) brought humanity out of the mire of oppression and reformed every aspect of their lives. He taught respect for the protection of human rights, not only that, but also set high examples in the payment of human rights and on 9 Dhu al-Hijjah 10 Hijri / 4 March 632, in the form of the last Hajj Sermon, he announced the universal and ideal and eternal manifesto of human rights. In the universal gathering of one hundred and twenty-four thousand companions, he gave a comprehensive charter containing the laws of human rights in Islam, which will remain as an ideal charter for the rest of the world. In which the rights of men, women, neighbors, slaves, orphans, laborers, children, widows, and travelers based on justice and equality have been explained. The spirit of freedom, as it is a natural thing and every human being desires to be free to live according to his will and not be affected by the will of others. This desire for freedom is sometimes so intense that a person does not hesitate to make the biggest sacrifice. Despite this desire for freedom, some people are deprived of this right to freedom. In this article, the freedom of personal rights and freedom of expression will be presented in the teachings of Islam in detail.
