Abstract

Islam has come to the world to guide mankind, it not only guides in beliefs and worship, but in matters and in all areas of life, it defines useful and clear paths and dimensions for man and the whole humanity. It is that for those things which were changeable with time and time, instead of giving a definite form and method, Islam has provided principles, such as matters and the affairs of the kingdom and government, etc. Instead of fixing the method and form, he has provided principles and principles by keeping in mind a Muslim can conduct his affairs in an efficient manner. Commercial activities and business practices keep changing with the times and conditions. And every day new forms and forms keep coming into being. And Islam is an eternal religion which adapts its followers to any occasion with changing circumstances. Does not leave him alone, but guides him step by step. Of course, it is so important that a Muslim is aware of the newly created situation in commercial activities and is also aware of the principles given by Shariat. The vegetable and fruit market of the city occupies an important place in the commercial centers of the city, where daily business transactions worth crores of rupees take place. Therefore, in the article, the Shari'a will be reviewed in the light of Hanafi jurisprudence.
