The sample of participants is designed to be representative. The stories consistently explored the themes of adhering to one's ethical principles and striving for constructive world transformation. These concepts initiate a discourse concerning the moral dilemmas that leaders encounter. The primary suggestion of the study is to emulate forthcoming leadership techniques based on a feminist ethic of care. Furthermore, it argues that ethical leadership considerations should encompass both the objective and the surrounding context. The primary objective of this study is to determine the correlation between the feminist ethic of caring and the acquisition of leadership skills in relation to women's career decisions. This study employs a narrative survey, utilising Kenneth Burke's conceptual framework, to get insights into the perspectives and encounters of women in leadership roles. The objective of this study is to shed light on the intricate connections among women, leadership, and the feminist principle of caring through the assessment of narratives shared by women holding leadership positions.
Haris Awan Copyright (c) 2024 Al-Qirtas 2024-04-29 2024-04-29 1 1 1 11 The Role of Women and Anonymity in Computer-Mediated Communication https://al-qirtas.com/index.php/Al-Qirtas/article/view/271
Due to the anonymity provided by computer-mediated communication (CMC) on the Internet, it is now believed that the gender of online communicators is considered unimportant or difficult to determine. This is contrary to the common tendencies of male dominance that are seen in interpersonal communication. Research consistently indicates that males tend to hold leadership positions in confrontations. This is a well-established fact in the field of interpersonal communication. This programme aims to streamline the process of achieving gender equality by promoting equal recognition and engagement for individuals of all genders. This purpose will be accomplished by promoting equitable and impartial opportunities for participation and acknowledgment among individuals of all genders. This chapter presents a comprehensive literature analysis that covers the research completed between 1989 and 2013 on the subject of gender and computer-mediated communication (CMC). The study included a wide range of communication methods, including mobile, textual, and multimodal, among others. This inquiry covers the time period from 1989 to 2013. Research abundantly refutes the assumptions that computer-mediated communication (CMC) eliminates gender-related power dynamics and status inequality, and that gender is either invisible or immaterial in this arena of activity. The assertions were put up by scholars who hypothesised that computer-mediated communication (CMC) would eradicate the power dynamics and status differences linked to gender. At some point, both the idea of anonymity and the difference between variety and inequality will surely be explored.
Sajjad Ahmad Copyright (c) 2024 Al-Qirtas 2024-04-29 2024-04-29 1 1 12 28 There Are Four Challenges That Hinder the Accountability of Public Leaders in The Contemporary Era, Drawing Insights from China and The United States. https://al-qirtas.com/index.php/Al-Qirtas/article/view/272
This study investigates the impact of recent advancements and changes in public administration on accountability in the United States and China, using the Romzek-Dubnick typology as a foundation. The writers specifically examine the challenges of maintaining legal obligations, safeguarding administrative objectives unrelated to missions, promoting public principles, and retaining hierarchical power. The authors demonstrate how changes, particularly those related to outsourcing and results oriented, can have varying effects in the United States and China due to their unique political and legal frameworks. Presently accessible data provides empirical support for current theories in public administration. This evidence supports the assertions that the interaction between politics and the law has a substantial impact on the process of reform. In addition, it is evident that various nations may employ distinct approaches to address the administrative challenges they encounter.

Keywords: New public management, accountability, administrative reform, public ideals, and shared goals
Sher Shah Copyright (c) 2024 Al-Qirtas 2024-04-29 2024-04-29 1 1 28 38
